Impact of organizational innovation in stroke care on post-acute phase health expenses in France

Abstract Background In France, the creation of neurovascular units and specialization follow-up rehabilitation services in neurology care since 2010, aimed to reduce post-stroke mortality comorbidity. This study aims estimate health expenses identify impact Neuro Vascular Unit (NVU) type their evolution. Methods The population is a sample 8,492 adults who experienced first stroke 2012.
